Payments are made by cash before the event starts on the night. This is our payment method.
NO PAYMENTS AFTER THE EVENT! And no early payments! You pay with the dating host on the night.
Please issue the correct notes because no change will be given. Receipts will be available. We don't offer online, card, direct deposit or bank transfer options for payment. All fees must be paid in full (No part payments are allowed.)
No total payment - NO ENTRY! THAT'S OUR POLICY AND NO PAYMENT EXTENSIONS.
REGISTRATION POLICY:
You will be asked to provide your full contact details in order to secure your booking with us: NO DETAILS, NO BOOKING, NO ENTRY! YOU CAN'T ATTEND ANONYMOUS! THIS IS OUR POLICY. This includes stating your full name, age and mobile to our business phone: 0423 847 377.
It is a compulsory requirement to provide all your details. We need your details in order to exchange with your potential matches according to your scoresheet results on the night.
Closer to the event, you will also receive a text message from us informing you whether the event will run. You will also be asked to confirm your attendance the day before if the event occurs via text so please reply. Thanks for your understanding.

The event that you booked in hasn't got enough people attending and can't run - we need an adequate amount of attendees per gender in order to run an event, or there is a venue availability date/time change. You will then be rescheduled according to the next available event

HOW SPEED DATING WORKS -
Events strictly start on time. So please be punctual. No late attendees will be accepted. The host of the event will begin with a short welcoming speech explaining the speed dating process & any ice breaker tips on what to talk about on your date. Events are for 1 hour only. Each individual date lasts approximately 10 minutes. Ladies sit down and gentlemen rotate around the room as each date ends on individual or long tables. NO MEALS OR DRINKS ARE PROVIDED IN THE COST.
If you don't get any matches on the night, then our policy is you can return again if you wish, to receive 50% off your entry fee for the next time that you attend. For example: (REGULAR ENTRY FEE OF $50 PER PERSON, WILL BE $25 PER PERSON.) This is our good deed to all our customers. And it encourages them to never give up on their love search!
NOTE: THIS DISCOUNT ONLY APPLIES TO SPEED DATING, NOT DINNER DATES.
HOW DINNER DATES WORK -
Once you have checked in with the manager, you will be asked to take a seat according to where your name sticker is attached on the table. A score card will be at the table, just like in speed dating for any compatible matches. You must fill this out during each date. Make sure the other person doesn't see your score. Tables and chairs will be spread apart around the venue. Dinner is included. However, you must select meals from THE FAVOURITES section of the menu at the venue within the price range of $30 to $55 ONLY. THIS IS OUR REQUIREMENT. Meals that are above this price range will not be included in the price and then you will have to pay for your own meal because you haven't followed our regulation. Tell the matchmaker on the night what you would like to order and it will be sent to your table. NO DRINKS ARE PROVIDED IN THE COST.
You will be seated to begin with and keep in mind there are no time limits like in speed dating. You are in charge of how long you socialise with all participants. Mingle and swap tables at your own pace, only if you wish. It is not compulsory. The whole event will run from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm. After the event, feel free to socialise more with anyone you fancy.
All singles are grouped according to ages. Because of COVID, pens and scorecards will be provided on the night.
Name stickers/labels must be worn and numbered. Strict numbers per event: 5 guys and 5 girls. Total of 10 participants. All scorecards must be handed in before you leave to the manager. Results get emailed/texted on the next business day. So watch your phones and check your emails!

Grooming - Present yourself well. Wear clothes in which you feel attractive (semi formal dress code.)
